Waffle House

My wife and I ate at this location at approximately 11:30pm last night 8/9/2019. It was very obvious our waitress was high as a kite on something and she wasn't very clean. Not only did she let our food sit after it was cooked so we got it cold but I was also afraid she was going to pour hot coffee in our laps. As a result I am sick as a dog today and have full intentions of contacting the county health department for the condition of this location and Corporate Office Monday morning. I've made attempts to call the store to speak with a manager and only get a recording and I can't leave a message. We love Waffle House but very disappointed in this location. I myself do service work on food equipment here in this town and know about the health and safety standards and the Health Department will have a field here.

Friendly staff and decent food

Staff is super friendly and funny. They made yummy food quickly without breaking the bank. Everything a waffle house should be; got what we stopped for and more. Thanks guys!

The cooks really know what they are doing. Overeasy eggs were perfect. Smothered and covered performed to perfection.

Was seated right when walked in. Staff greeted when walked in. Brought utensils and menus to the table. Wrote down order and when brought to table it was correct. Staff asked if anything else was needed. Bathrooms were clean. Price was good for the amount of food received.

That was a nice experience. My kid has never are there before. She loved it

Always my go-to place when I want breakfast at a reasonable price. Love the hash browns and waffles.

I have been to 3 Waffle Houses in Springfield all of them made me feel uncomfortable East Sunshine makes me feel like I'm home excellent customer service food is great servers are terrific makes you smile definitely going to be a regular there now might be a little ways to drive but it's well worth it I give them 20 Stars if it would let me keep up the great work

Great diner! Staff was friendly and attentive. Service was fast. I recommend their scattered hash browns because you can add lots of ingredients to the dish, kind of like an omelette but made of fried potatoes.

I really enjoyed my experience at this Waffle House! The staff were very friendly people who had top notch customer service and were extremely fast at making what I considered to be a delicious breakfast! Whenever I'm in the area I would return to this restaurant for breakfast!

I was very impressed with how good this Waffle House is. My family stopped by just driving through and I am very happy that we did. The staff there was very quick and very polite. The food was delicious and surprisingly pretty cheap! I would definitely be stopping by again.

Came there the other night and a brown hair girl severed us. She was so sweet and actually cook it too. She did a great job. Food was actually good

Food was average. One waitress constantly walked outside to smoke. She definitely was not friendly. Our waitress was very nice. The cook was very busy talking to the waitresses distracting her from cooking. The worst was the constant complaining between the employees. You need to keep that out of the workplace.

Eat at this restaurant very often. Like 4 to 5 days a week. Great service. Friendly atmosphere. Clean environment.

It is easy to spot from the highway and exit, but a little difficult t get to from the wrong direction. Still, the food and service were very good. Typical Waffle House. I wouldn't say anything there was exceptional, but the food and service were as good as I expected them to be. Servers followed directions and order came as asked. I would recommend.

Lots of times waffle houses get a bad rap for the cleanliness of their kitchen but for the age of the building I was very impressed with how they had kept it up. I’m a kitchen manager and it was basically spotless. The food is great as always and their staff seems extra friendly!! 10/10 recommend
